Meditation is the secret to working smarter, not harder. It is also something anyone can do to take control over their life and improve their mental, emotional and physical health. Just a few days of training will improve your concentration and attention. 8 weeks of meditation will change the gray matter concentration of your brain in areas involved in learning and memory processes, emotion regulation, self-awareness, and new perspective-taking (growth mindset).
