Fridays once/twice a month in Bolinas from 9am to 12pm (check out schedule for dates). This morning retreat close to home is your opportunity to make time for you. Give yourself permission to pause, unplug and reset. PROGRAM: - Island Breakfast, inspired by and made with love to nurture your body; - Guided Visualization & Journaling to reconnect with your life force (Qi), re-activate your intuition, unleash your joy and find calm & peace within yourself; - Balinese Vinyasa Yoga Flow with music; - Guided Meditation. I created this retreat to give each one of you a chance to make time for yourself and nurture all nine factors that could be the key to a long healthy life, radical healing and more, according to science and all researches I could possibly study & read on the topic. I’ll tell you more on Friday but until then, know that if you ever want to enter the blue zone, the first step is to make your well-being your priority, for real. You think you already knew that?
